However, we also believe there is more than just the food on your plate to nourish yourself in a physical way. Along with feeding yourself with the nutrients needed to thrive and fuel your system, there are other “foods” that provide for your system. We call these ENVIRONMENTAL, INTERNAL + NUTRITIONAL foods; environmental “foods” being all of the other aspects of our life in which we absorb or consume externally, internal foods being our thoughts and rituals, and nutritional foods being the physical food, plants and nutrients that we eat and drink to have our system running in an optimal space.

We believe that environmental foods are the relationships that support and teach us, the readings and words we take in, the vibration of music we listen to, the outlets that allow us to creatively express our essence and any other places we choose to place our energy which supports and nourishes us.

INTERNAL


Internal foods speak to our reality that exists and that we create for ourselves. What energy do your thoughts carry... both towards yourself and to others around you? What rituals and practices do you choose to partake in that support your personal growth?
